Primal Carnivore Retreat in Tuscany

Imagine a vacation in Italy.
Now imagine that vacation in the heart of Tuscany.
Add to it hands-on cooking workshops, fascinating food tours, and unforgettable gourmet meals.

Sounds like a dream? It’s about to come true.

Hi, I’m Dr. Slava Berger. After two years of research in Pisa, Tuscany became my second home—and ever since, I’ve dreamed of bringing people back to experience the flavours, traditions, and craftsmanship that stole my heart.

That dream is now a reality: a one-of-a-kind culinary journey featuring traditional cooking workshops, guided visits to local markets and artisanal producers, and indulgent meals crafted from the best of Tuscan cuisine—with a special ketogenic and carnivore twist.
